you know what you're gonna get at Beefeater. the malta has better surroundings than most but the food is pretty much of a muchness.. the staff at the malta vary... the waitresses that have been there a while are always best to get, Kathy, Pat, Anita etc...prompt, attentive alwasy efficient and very friendly, the seaters and greeters leave a bit to be desired as do the rather young inexperienced and unproffessional bar staff.... but food always ok..........
